Sales Limitation due to DSRs, what do you think.

You're DSR's have to be pretty bad to get limitations on. The fact that you state you cant claim money back leads me to think you are selling items that are on the edge of what is allowed on ebay (i'm not saying you're dodgy or anything). This could explain part of your problems. Also as they are high value the liklihood is ebay see them as high risk.IAs I deal with expensive goods, I prefer to send all items on next day in case of paypal reviews (which are very likely and I cannot claim back my money for 2 instances).
As Soolin said high volume sellers are better protected from the fluctuations of the DSR's so if your getting a lot of low DSRs it makes sense to examine your business and attempt to rectify the problem.0
