which card should I get

I have a Nationwide debit card, and am going to usa, should I stick with debit card and use inUSA as i have done previously, or get a nationwide credit card or Halifax clarity card - I may use it to draw out cash but mainly to buy goods whist ion hols. Help!!

Don't get the new Nationwide CC if you are travelling after the 31st of July. Get the Halifax Clarity or the Santander Zero. Pay the balances off as you go.
Metro Bank's Debit card is currently the best for travel.0
