That sounds really odd. Guide range?
Haart price their properties like that. I just don't bother looking at them, if it isn't a straight forward asking price, as a buyer you don't know where you stand. For that reason I never view these properties, with a straight forward asking price you have a baseline that everyone understands.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Just curious here, what sort of folk have "£265k cash" ? Maybe i should be taking some grannies on roller coasters, or to see some horror films.0

Sometimes people need to sell at a certain amount to pay off a mortgage. For example, a property we were eyeing up was priced quite high but on further investigation they had priced it with the view of someone offering around 20k under which would then mean that they sold for the price they paid back in 2009. We would have offered a further 20k below that so overall 40k short of the asking price. In today's market the price didn't fit, it wasn't value for money, but then again you can't put yourself into the red if you really have to move and in that circumstance there was no point in us even going to view as we knew they would never sell for less than they bought for.

A valid point but they don't, I already checked. (Then again this agent isn't exactly forthcoming with the truth it appears!)Sometimes people need to sell at a certain amount to pay off a mortgage.
