Waiting for BA refund

In December 2010, my BA flights were cancelled because of the adverse weather at Heathrow. I went on the BA website to see if I could rebook, but was advised to cancel and was informed that I would get a full refund. As I booked my flights through lastminute, I completed their refund form and received confirmation that I would get a refund from BA, which could take between 8 to 16 weeks. Well, I have heard nothing since then about a refund and have tried contacting BA many times. The only response I have received, was to inform me to contact lastminute to seek a refund. Now my emails are ignored altogether.

I feel that I am nowhere nearer to getting a refund and certainly did not expect to be treated like this by an airline such as BA. I know there are plenty of others in my situation. I would appreciate any advice.

Seeing as you booked through Lastminute.com they should be your point of contact in all dealings. If you booked directly with BA you could go to them, but as you booked through an agent you should deal with that agent.
