I guess the point I'm making, is that they are starting to make changes for the worse. Upping the cost and not just by a quid or so, they have started putting restriction on usage.
So what next a drop in the customer service, outsourced to foreign parts etc...
I certainly won't be signing any long term contract with them once my current contract runs outs.0 -

Yes, and I understand the point that you are making - but in my opinion - they are still good value for money and still giving me top speed.
As for the the future of their CS - who knows. But there are a lot of companies bringing their CS back onshore because of the impact on their reputations.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0
