EDF - Customer Services

I am an EDF customer and wanted to write to their customer services dept.

On their website the address stated is:

Customer Service Team
EDF Energy
FREEPOST RRYZ-BRTT-CBJS
Osprey House, Osprey Road
EXETER, EX2 7WN

BUT when I called EDF by phone and asked, they said:

Customer Services
EDF Energy
Freepost 3814
London WC1V 6AJ

Not sure why they are different. Are both addresses correct for CS?

Cheers

I'd go with the email route too. Much quicker. Or the online form..

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Write to both addresses, they're both freepost, so it will only cost you the extra paper and envelope.
Do the email and web form too. At least then you'll have improved the odds of getting a response!

I've emailed them in the past and not had any response for weeks so I'd write with signed for post.

I'd use the Exeter address. That is the one for contacting them as on the back of the bill.
