Our vendors were just particularly hopeless, they didn't even seen to know where they wanted to move to!

Until you are in a position to move what's the point in looking? As you can only buy from what's available in the market at the time to purchase.

Yes I know what you mean, but surely you've made your mind up which part of the country you're going to start looking in?

We had two or three viewers (can't remember how many exactly!) who viewed our house but were looking anywhere in a 20 mile radius. It's pretty frustrating when the feedback you get is 'its a lovely house but in the wrong town!'

we offered early Feb, over the weekend we viewed a few more houses & found one which we are going for instead. We are now a chain of two as we are going to let & they are emigrating.
