Let us know how you get on, my daughter went through the same thing as you and within 28 days her credit rating was restored and a default removed.
I believe she also got about £100 compensation so push for that too.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Good to see that i might get them to listen to me too then and get some corrective action:)
