does it carry on if you don't upgrade your phone or does it stop altogether?
The contract doesn't "end" you've just hit the mimimum term you can cancel without penalty. Unless you tell them you want to cancel your contract or move it by gatting a PAC code and giving that to a new provider then your contract continues on a rolling 30 day notice period.0 -
Yep exactly as gjchester said.
My contract runs out in 6 weeks and I just phoned Orange last week to discuss my options. Basically they said if you want to cancel to ring up 31 days before your contract end date to ensure that you are not billed an extra month.
I will be keeping my phone but moving to the best Sim only/PAYG deal I can find0 -
