on another note had my first ever encounter tonight..

voucher wouldnt scan and so the SA rang the bell, deputy manager came and had a look, ummin and rr in and says sorry this is not legit, the amount is more than the original receipt..

now there was a good que behind me, i was in my boxing gear, stinking, and didnt expect to be quizzed as had used in there with no problems before..

explained to him its "double the difference" and does he understand what double means.. shown him where the numbers on both were to check it was correct and even told him how to put it though the till.. SA couldnt apologise enough and looked embarrassed of the DM actions..


at least i can finally join the "ive been dealt with by a trout" club.. ..

can anybody reccommend any 'nice' bedtime stories for a (nearly) 3 year old? made the mistake of reading a book to my DD tonight before reading it to myself and it was abit upsetting (the animals got eaten by a fox, the end!). my mum had given me a load of my old story books from out of the attic and tbh most of them are abit unpleasant!

if anyone can reccommend any i will see if they sell them in my local extra and throw the odd one in with a few pofitable items (or a toothbrush ). if not i will search for them online.

so sorry for the off topic post, but i suppose there is dtd thrown in there too lol
