I don't think this is correct. Or Google is a bit lame ? If I am editing a document then a "read only" person should be able to take a copy even if there are edits pending. Come on computer science students tell us about "locks and commit cycles".

You don't have read only access. You have access to the hmtl version of the document. Can you imagine how much lag it would cause for us if everyone had read access to the actual document.

The original document was read only for everyone, with the editors able to make changes. But, googledocs being rubbish would only allow 50 people to view it at a time (which it hit all the time) and this meant that we couldn't get on to it to edit it. We then started doing multiple copies, but even with 3 copies they were still almost always full. For this reason we switched to a web page publishing option which does not have any access limitations.

    Would this work

    Whyte & Mackay 35cl is £7.97 or 2 for £12 in asda
    whyte & mackay 35cl is £8.79
    taken these prices from mysupermarket

and it is on the asda page, but not on the tesco one, does it have to be on the tesco website for them to dtd
    or
is it as long as it is on the asda webpage

as i was thinking that the difference on the above 2 would be.
    asda £12 x 2 Tesco £17.58
    difference is £5.58 x 2 = £11.16
    meaning £6.42 for 70 cl

but would this work with it not being on the tesco page, but on the asda one.

    thanks

not sure if this has already been asked
i am holding onto a receipt until the 1st may (had trouble one day ended up paying by card which i use with clubcard which is upto max.)
does anyone know which days asda prices will be used to compare when i enter receipt, will it be day of purchase or day enter receipt details.

I too have a couple of receipts I am holding till 1 May. it should be the date of purchase but we shall see...I just wonder how they will get the asda prices from 2 weeks ago.
