go for it, worse case scenario is they don't accept.

they will probably accept the voucher.

So voucher usage is dependant on SA knowledge? I wasn't sure if the tills would recognise the disallowed items. Will give it a try today and if it works stock up quickly as DS is only 5 weeks old so many months of formula feeding ahead and it's far from a MSE thing to be doing.

    Quick question:

We have some decent sized vouchers that I was going to kill by getting baby formula. The voucher itself doesn't exclude it but in the T&Cs it says vouchers can't be used to purchase infant formula. Has anyone any comment to make as otherwise I'm at a loss at to what to buy that isn't perishable.

You could always try and use it on formula, I doubt the SA would notice that bit in the T's and C's. It's just a case of trying one and being prepared to pay cash if they say no or leave it at the till as you hadn't noticed that bit in the T&C. I don't think they are allowed to promote formula as 'breast is best' - I'm not opening a debate but I think that's the reason why they say not on formula. (breast feeding didn't work for DD1 - she's 17, all A*s and A's in her GCSEs and a black belt at a martial art so she seems to have been ok on formula)
  • Got this one yesterday. Should be able to confirm later when the vouchers come in :D

Hope this gets confirmed has have 2 x £1 vouchers off persil to use will stock up if confimed.

Now Tesco have spoiled our fun with the 56-tablet box, what about the Finish Quantum 20 pack in plain or lemon?
    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=259535918

£6.90 in Mr T, £4.00 in Mr A gives DTD return of £5.80 for a £1.10 net cost. The £2 vouchers at the top of the 56s are also specifically for the Quantums, so you could end up with a net profit of 90p.

Hmm, that's actually well worth trying. On my list for next time. :D

Have got shedloads of the £2 vouchers, so thanks for is tip - is it confirmed by anyone yet?

I'm running FF and my tabs are at the top! Version 3.6.16

OK well I am also on this version, and mine are at the bottom. NVM. Good DTD anyways :T
Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

The other day I used a sainsburys voucher £4 off £20. This was sent to me in the post, so therefore has my name on it. Do you think they look at these at all?
I am obviously not using my clubcard...cash only and different email. I have a few more to use....probably over analizing. Anyone? TIA

Is the cushelle toilet tissue likely to work?

I think I read that that exact pack did compare for somebody a couple of days ago (when it was full price), so it should still be on the comparison list now.. hopefully :o
