Someone on here suggested re entering the details, delete the 0 infront on 04 (april) or add it if you didnt put it in orginally.
Also, if you change the clock from say 15.30 to 3.30 or vice versa it works. This has worked for me on many lost receipts, but sometimes not if you shopped in the morning and therefore cannot change the clock, unless someone knows any different?? I am grateful to whoever put this info on previously, so hope it helps you.

If you shopped in the morning you can change the time by 1 min instead, but you do run the slight risk of the till assistant picking that up.

On a positive note, just got my voucher through from the 7th of April, it eventually worked with putting 5 am instead of 17.00. Happy days, thats no outstanding vouchers now.:j
