The SS is correct for the raw King prawns 250g
They are both sharing the same freezer & shelve.
Oh right!
But on the SS in the Frozen category it says Tesco Finest Raw King Prawns 250g?0 -

oops just read it again about the shelf edge0 -
Copy and pasted for reference for my shop tomorrow! :T
but can I bring myself to actually part with £9.00 of voucher for 10 bits of Vanilla Flavoured Fluffy Mallow Twist.???
Must be almost as expensive as Saffron !!! :rotfl:Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.
I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0 -
I have found an amazing DTD by complete accident.
I bought some sweets tonight for my little ones and they love flumps, so I picked up 4 of these amongst other things for them. Thinking the flumps were 10p each and adding it all up it came to around £10 altogether. It actually came to £13.?? altogether, which I found strange but I thought I will look at the receipt and examine where I have been overcharged.
The flumps..........90p each :eek::eek::eek::eek:
Obviously I questioned these at CS, she went and got the SEL as I was thinking I was on to a good DTD from them she said 'they are 90p each, it says so on the label' I laughed and said 'not a chance' they are 10p each so there is a mistake somewhere. She said maybe because they are fat free :rotfl: I said even then there is no way they are 90p each, I was laughing and joking about it, I found it quite funny. She said well you can buy 11 for £1.00 and we can give you the difference back, I said ok then.
First thing I do when I get back is check Tesco site
Barratts Flumps Cable 90p
I then check Asda site
Barratt's Flumps 9p
DTD £1.62 Net -72p
10 flumps in Tesco will cost you £9 in Asda 90p DTD £16.20 Net -£7.20
Obviously the SEL in Tesco should read 0.09p
fill your boots! :j
OMG I bought one of these today, not for this reason but to keep my DS quiet whilst concentrating on my shop in hand. Just checked the recipt and woop woop been charge 90p..... this must be a new mistake as I buy one of these on every shop done with my DS (bribery or what!!) and all 10p on other recipts and 9p at asda....think hes in for a treat tomorrow :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:The art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0 -
I had a recalled receipt a week or so back and it took 3 or 4 days for the email to come through and then when it did it said the receipt cant be found, I tried resubmitting it and I got the 'is being processed' message so accepted it was lost for good, an expected £20 worth of DTD.0

The sel in my store did state 10p as I checked!!! Im going back tomorrowThe art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0 -
you would be able to get dd instore
I don't think you would as the price on the shelf is 90p. If the price on the shelf was 9p, and you were charged 90p, then you'd get DTD. The way it is now, I can see Tesco simply stating they can charge what they want for any item (which they can) so no DTD (as there isn't any difference in the amount you've been charged/price on shelf to 'double').10 Ways to Spend All Your Student Loan In A Week0 -

lol I won't!will put 10 through with my shopping and 10 through with the Beavers easter eggs that I'm getting tomorrow! Will stick them in the 'treat' box in our store cupboard. It's a win-win situation!
On the subject of easter eggs for them............... I need to buy 20 and wondered what's the best DTD way to do it? Cash wise we generally budget to spend no more that £1 per head. Is there any that are 'safe' to buy in an amount that high? Trying to work it out but not getting too far! lol it's been a looooooooooong day! :rotfl:.•¨¨*:•..•
