Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 5

You should use a different email address for each receipt you put in (unless you enter them on consecutive days of course, ie one receipt Monday, one Tuesday, one Wednesday, upto £100 total) otherwise, the system will only recognise the first/last one you enter (depending on how it is set up)............one pricecheck is done, per receipt, per email address, per day, I believe.
I have entered multiple receipts on one addy in one go and got the results back for all of them next dayDTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -

Oh............that puts my theory in tatters then, lol.
Personally i've always used a different email address for each receipt, just to prevent any possible mishaps.0 -
Does anyone know if the
1ltr bottle of Pimms work?
Asda = £16
Tesco = £20.29
Making a DTD of £8.58?
If it works, I make it Pimms O'Clock!!
Forgot to say, these were online, not in store!“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

when you say £100 total does that include the initial £20 spend? or £100 worth of vouchers so for arguements sake £120?0 -

I'm just back from Tesco and having a nice cup of tea to calm me. My nerves can't take this anymore.
Only one Tesco near me so I've been in there quite a lot - well, really a lot. Every time I've had to explain to the staff member how to use the voucher.
Today, approached the checkout, put through groceries and got ready for the "you scan the barcode and input the amount manually" speech. But before I could say anything the lady said "I just have to go and see what to do with this" and off she walked. "Oh, Oh" I thought, "this is it, I've been rumbled". Stood for what seemed forever with the sweat breaking and then the lady came back. Said they had discussed it and since nobody seemed to know what to do with the vouchers, they exchanged them for cash at the CS desk.
What a relief!! Thought I was about to be banned or else so humilated I would never be able to show my face there again.
She went on the say that they had all been trained weeks before the Pricecheck was released to the public but as it was so long ago, they had all forgotten. Think I must be the only one in this area using it.
Anyway she asked how I spent £14 and got £13 back. Explained to her and she said she was going to give it a go herself. Pointed her in this direction. Have used at least a dozen vouchers in the same shop and have only met lovely staff, no trouts in my area. Enough d'washer tabs, handwash, toothbrushes, etc to last a year so definitely time to pull back. Going to kill my last voucher and give it a rest for a week or two.0 -
