  • you can but if you are buying for other people you may well be going above the radar, ie if you are going to do more that £100 DTD a month not worth making yourself a target. HTH

Then yes as long as you don't go over the £100 voucher limit you should be ok to use your clubcard.

Others may be able to confirm I'm right?

I'm getting the idea, all of this, hasn't quite sunk in yet ;)
Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies
  • So i cant get clubcard points on the items im buying as well as double the difference?

You can use your Clubcard but can only get up to £100 worth of DTD per calendar month. The Clubcard points will be on your whole shop, as usual. Once you go over the £100 limit, you can still use your Clubcard but will not get any more DTD for that month.

Some people shop for other relatives and neighbours and would not use a Clubcard for those shops ;)

I see that the TUNA IN SUNFLOWER OIL is still DTD. I always buy in brine but wondered how different the two are & whether sunflower oil, once drained & mixed with said mayo/pasta would taste much different?
    Opinions please.

I used to use tuna in brine all time, until I tried it in oil... Its SOOOO much tastier!!!

no taste difference make sure you drain it well i just added vinegar and had it in a bun, you don't get much in a tin

I hated it when i bought it by mistake a few years ago. I'd also imagine its a lot unhealthier for you with it being in oil rather than in brine?

Ah, but the added salt in brine wouldn't be good for you either. I don't mind tuna either way but mine is definitely in oil for the forseeable future. I guess it's just down to a question of taste.
