Thanks for all the updates.

I've noticed column N (department) seems to be wrong - i.e. the department listed doesn't always correspond to the item, or is missing. I guess it happened after a sort with the coulmn unselected. From what I can see there is no named range which might make sorts easier. Also the entries in column N don't use the same wording as the headings in coulmn C which might be useful.

I'm happy to resolve this myself if I can be made an editor, if that helps.

i asked the same question but just found it if you go to bottom of spreadsheet were it says coop voucher copy the website https://www.goodwithfood.co.uk and i have just printed it off from there.

Download it at home and send to your work email. Print it there. I have to do that sometimes.
Pain the ar*e but it's worth it.

If your sticking within the T&C's then yes. But if your shopping for freinds and family ;)it's advisable not to.
