Cheers!
I asked this yesterday and a few lovely people replied that there is no restriction on the weight. Some of them had the racks between £5 and £8 and it dtd fineComping wishlist for 2017

Just a warning to others - might have already been said. I went in early this morning to use my voucher - all legitimate and under my limit still. As a number 1 was missing they wouldn't accept it. I asked them to ring head office to sort it and they couldn't as it doesn't open until 9am (this was 7.40am). So I came home to sort it and was told to speak to the pricecheck team as customer services no longer sort it out. The only people that can speak to the price check team is the store so now I've asked the store if they can speak to them and then refund the money if I go in later with all my receipts. It's the whole principle that's bugging me. I wouldn't have bought so much if I wasn't going to get the money off. I don't want to be able to use the voucher another day, I want to use it today off the shopping I have bought. I didn't want to put any shopping back as there was a big queue and I was embarrassed. Really stressed now and it's not even 9am!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh? So they have a 'price check' team now?0 -

So far I have managed to deal with price check problems for my household my mothers household and my grandmothers household by calling their free CS number and getting giftcards (5 plus one more(£4.52) lost in mail for 21/03/11 and no replacement from when I told them on 7/04/11) to cover the shortfall in DTD vouchers.
Just my personal opinion - but I think you are pushing your luck with this! The Tesco system is far from perfect and we all know that they play a crafty game with not matching some items that they clearly should. However, given the way everyone has got some massive hoards of cheap or free shopping nobody can really complain over the failures (especially as so many of us are being very flexible with our interpretation of the rules!).
We don't complain when Tesco mismatch in our favour (such as the beef joints which were not really comparable but many of us got for free!). You seem to have done very well with your complaints so far - considering Tesco clearly state in the T&Cs that they will not enter into correspondence over this.ELITE 5:2
