It was because when my voucher came back today from yesterdays shop and I had bought two packs, the price with asda was £5 not £3, work that out if you can? Another one of T's comparisions!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Oh well I suppose we win loads and lose some. I'll see what happens when I get mine results back

Is the correct voucher to go with the receipt you have, not in your inbox/delete box still to reprint?

Yeah, but i have already used that voucher and am scared they might track me down!

I had a discussion about DTD being good vs bad for Tesco earlier with some friends who use or are aware of MSE and this thread, and I just would rather not have them match my username up with me iyswim.

If I were to be your friend - I will know its you anyway (putting 2 & 2 together).:D

I had a look for the cod loin and it was £15 per kg on the fish counter. The pre packed was £16 per kg. I wasn't sure what to do so I chickened out. I really hope you get your DTD on it! :)

I chicken out too, was going to get the cod from the fishmonger - but the cod looks so unhealthy! me walk away instead.

Although I have cupboards full of Tesco buys, I havn't been in Asda since March, so have they got me???

I have not been to Asda since Mid of Feb. Nor did I go to Morris (for their BOGOF stuff), Netto (for some branded stuff), Sainsbury for Rustlers (using Rustlers coupon bogof valid till 31/5/11) when its on offer. At the mo, they have Rustlers Sub on offer 99p each (using coupon will cost you 50p each).

Below is the link to the coupon if you are interested - I have pre-fillled the answer for you all you have to do is fill in the form & they will email you the coupon link to print as many as you like ( I copy, paste into doc reduced the size, copy again & paste to make it 4 coupons in 1 A4 sheet)

I have been shopping using vouchers about 5 times so far and never been asked for my previous receipt. I just hand them the voucher and say "I have a voucher".

I might try that with a back up voucher and receipt in my bag just in case.

As we approach the witching hour of 21.00 hours, I thought that I would advise you of an on-topic story. This is older than Betty Crocker but not as long as Jamie Oliver's sausage!

Youngsters and those of a sensitive disposition should shield their eyes now. Thank you.

A gentleman goes to the priest and says, "Father can you stop me being banned from Heaven. Priest asks why is this my son?

Chap replies, "Well the wife bent over the freezer revealing her stockings and suspenders, and I couln't resist so I had my bestial way with her there and then.

Priest tells him that it's natural to make love with his spouse, and why on earth did he think he would be banned from Heaven?

Chap replies, "Well, it got me got me banned from Tesco's!"

Bought them, Tesco do not compare it with Asda Extra Special.
