I submitted a receipt on Friday and another yesterday on one of my new e-mail addresses and neither DTD vouchers have come back. I have other addresses I am suing for my Mum and Sis and their vouchers came back ok. How do I chase them up??

Try entering the receipt details again on the price checker.

If it comes back as 'processing' see my post above (No. 1919 ) for tips.

Can't believe that I have just been on a mad dash to two Mr t's in search of Wolfblass - in my fury at one store of only finding one chardonnay on the shelf I asked a man in a blue shirt if he could check in the back for me whether they had any more...........
    his reply........
'I have no idea love, I have just popped in on my way home from work to buy a few cans!!'

    Ground open up please!!!!

In my defense he was sporting a lovely shade of pale blue shirt very similar to the ones worn by Mr T staff!!!!!

    new spreadsheet information please read
OK, we have been working on some modifications to the way we update the spreadsheet as trawling through everybody's posts is a massive task, and there aren't that many of us.

So, with this in mind, from now on all spreadsheet update requests should be submitted using this form

    https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?hl=en&hl=en&formkey=dEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE6MQ#gid=0

The form can be used to submit new deals, notify us of your confirmed deals for today, notify price changes or tell us to delete something.

Before you send us an update, please check carefully whether the item is already on the spreadsheet. You can do this by pressing CTRL+ F and searching. If it is already there but you need to send us an amendment, then please copy the description from the spreadsheet in to your form. This will make our lives a whole lot easier, A LOT EASIER. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR CONFIRMED LIST if the item has already been updated for today.

Also, we will only put the website prices on the SS as there are regional variations in store.

The revised spreadsheet is located here (live version)

    https://spreadsheets0.google.com/pub?hl=en&hl=en&key=0ArDxW2XgVnGjdEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE&single=true&gid=4&output=html

We have tweaked the value column to make it easier to find the good deals. Those in red, you get back more than you pay (cer-ching!) - those in green, the net cost is less than 60% of the price you would pay at Asda.

We will no longer be updating from the thread (although we will keep our eyes open) so please, use the form.

note to all - deals which have not been confirmed for 1 week are deleted from the spreadsheet so remember to confirm them!

The spreadsheet relies on google hosting it, and their servers have crashed a couple of times lately. It doesn't mean we've removed the SS, barred you or anything else. Please be patient - it normally comes back up within minutes rather than hours

Polite bump for anyone who has been living in a cave since yesterday ;)

Just came back from Tesco, no DTD for me today, but never mind because the prices were really really low today.

Oh, I forgot to mention: today I visited Tesco in Poland. Yep, much cheaper than UK. And guess what, yesterday I went to a supermarket in Hannover (Germany) - yep, much cheaper than UK. Same branded products, much lower prices.

And guess what, you know those Nivea Silver Protect deodorants that are now half price now at Tesco? Yep, that's the normal price in both Germany and Poland. So Tesco are charging double the amount for the same items in the UK. Same goes with Colgate, Pantene, Fairy, Kellogs, Wolf Blass, Jacobs Creek, Loreal, Garnier, Olay, Huggies, etc. Looking at their prices in Germany and Poland it felt like I was at Poundland - everything seemed just so much more affordable. Bloody hell, not just one or two items are cheaper here, almost everything is! Two years ago I remember it was the other way around.

I am now really angry - Tesco UK are so bloody expensive, they are just ripping people off and still claiming to be the cheapest. Cheapest my @#$$!!!!! High inflation in the UK? Blame Tesco! Fuel prices are just an excuse.

Anyway, really missing my DTD vouchers. I have two shiny new vouchers waiting for me at home (I'm back at home in a fortnight) - will add another two new vouchers and just go for it. No more Mr Nice Guy, watch out Tesco, I am after you now! Muahahahahaha!!!! :rotfl:

Is the correct voucher to go with the receipt you have, not in your inbox/delete box still to reprint?

    Silly silly silly me!

I went in for my dtd shop, had to do some very quick mental maths because my local mr t reduced all the beef (boo!) and was feeling very smug getting to the till. Picked a young girl for my SA and all was going swimmingly - shop came to £20.35 and I handed over a £20 voucher. Unfortunately didn't think to check the voucher numbers with the receipt :wall:. Obviously I panicked, didn't have any cash so paid by debit card, but forgot the pin number, so had to enter it 3 times!! Was so flustered that I walked away without my receipt :wall:.

Must have used the wrong voucher and receipt combo on a previous shop, so now I have a useless receipt and a useless voucher. So my "dtd" shopping has cost me £40 today:eek::eek::eek:.

Nevermind, pretty sure I can make it back. And I think I win the award for Prat of the Day.

I have been shopping using vouchers about 5 times so far and never been asked for my previous receipt. I just hand them the voucher and say "I have a voucher".
