Is there any issue with using the self service tills? Not tried doing this yet but getting tempted and thinking it may be easier doing a couple of seperate transactions on the self service tills than the normal tills.

If you meant that you hadn't done a DTD shop at all yet, then as far as i'm aware, there is no issue at all with using the self service tills to get started.....the problem comes when you want to use the self serve tills and a DTD voucher for more than £9.99 (obviously, after your first shop).

Great to see vouchers on their way in - please can everyone remember to put their confirmed shops and new additions in via the new sexy 'front end' as per point 2 on the first page to make life easier for the SS editors as well as posting on here.

SS Editors - will be on to assist in 30 mins or so once the washings finished and hung out :-)

Sorry - I haven't quite got my head around how to do that! Did it the old way today - will try to do better!!!:D

Come on admit it. Is it 'I can't be arsed' or 'I haven't quite got my head around how to do that!' Go on. We are amongst friends. ;):D

I picked up some free range skin-on corn fed chicken breasts as a basket "top-up" treat, pretty sure that A didn't stock it (expected N/A) - but T were significantly cheaper (boo!)

    1 x T FINEST F/RANGE CORNFED CKN BRST FILLETS 260-560G (0.467 kg) / T: £ 4.89 / A: £ 5.97 [so AVOID IT!]

Have people used these for online groceries? I can't see anything about entering the voucher on the tesco site so not sure what to do :S

You don't put anything in on the website, when the driver comes you give him your voucher and he takes it back to be input manually and you'll get a refund for the amount on the voucher. Supposed to take approx. 5 days but think people have been waiting longer.

Ask him to sign the back of you delivery note confirming he took the DTD voucher away and how much it was for - just to be on the safe side!! :)

    Thanks,

Yes I meant I hadn't started on doing DTD yet, slow I know! Will bear in mind that once I've got a voucher I'll use it on my 'main' shop at the normal tills :)

Another quick question... Is it advisable to not use clubcard for the DTD shops or doesn't it matter? Just thinking of them tracking what I'm doing lol

If anyone has a small (usually wombled) voucher, do what I do.

Do your normal dtd shop and put it in the car. Return to the store with the voucher and act as though you forgot something.

Had a 65p one yesterday and popped back in and got a magazine, got Chat which was 82p so put a few pence to, but it has a £1 Airwick coupon in it which I used today when I did another dtd shop.

Thank you Tesco, every little helps.
