BT, stuck in Internet contract and being overcharged

I joined BT in October with a package of £32.99 with TV, internet and phone. It only had a 10GB limit a month, me and my flatmates kept going over the limit. Due to the cost of £5 per 5 Gb we decided to change the package. I called BT and was offered Internet unlimited, TV gold and unlimited anytime phone. At as very interesting price of £40 pound a month. I did this on the 26th of January and ever since then they have been charging me £49 a month.
Every Month I have been calling them to sort this problem out, I have told them to listen to the phone call on the 26th, I got the price resolved in February and was told it will be adjusted for the rest of my contract and that month. Then came March and it was £49 again, i called and eventually i was put on hold for ages whilst someone said they listened to the phone call (i don't think they did). Then they said they will adjust it again for the rest of the contract, once again April came and the bill was £49 pound. I rang again and spoke to a supervisor and they said they listened to the phone call (on the 26th) and adjusted the contract to £40 pound a month. I asked for it in writing, they replied they cannot give it in writing but said they can give me an email. I did not receive an email and somehow I don't think my contract price has been changed and when it comes to May it will be £49 again.
I was wondering if someone could give me some advice of what to do?

Sorted
Now why can't these useless organizations get it right first time around? A similar option exists for VM and no doubt others too.0
