I've had a look but can't find the answer so can anyone advice please.
Sis wants to go on broadband but doesn't want to be tied in too long if it doesn't suit...............which is cheapest but reliable.

EFH have high setup costs though. Most suppliers who have low setup costs tend to have longer tie in (usually 12 months). Also with EFH new customers (not migrations) are likely to be on Data Stream not IP Stream which means they cannot migrate to a different supplier - they would need to cancel and pay the setup fees again.
EFH is excellent for migrations though!0 -
