I'm with Orange on my iPhone account. I have gone over on my monthly text allowance by about £12 :-(
My question is around the bill turnaround. My bill date is the 17th April and the bundle from the previous month ran from 17th Mar - 16 Apr. However, the Online Account tool still has last months bundle on it. Does this mean my texts are still expired or will I be sending out of next months bundle?

If your bundle runs from the 17th of one month to the 16th of the next, then your new month's allocation should have begun at 00:00 yesterday. Although I am unaware of any issues with our online Your Account service yesterday, it sounds as if the information you were seeing may have been running a bit behind.
If your new month's bundle is still not showing in Your Account, please contact us via the links in our profile and I'd be happy to look into this for you myself. Alternatively, our Customer Service Helpdesk would be happy to check the status of your account if you give them a call.
