Hi there!
I am going to be in America for about three months this summer and I want to bring my laptop to stay in touch with home, but I don't know the best way to get internet access. The place I am staying doesn't have wifi so I was thinking of getting a dongle and internet package for a few months but it seems so expensive; both UK and US companies.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

In USA at moment for several months and I have a iPad and bought a $18.00 sim card and pay $25.00 for 2gb. With AT & T , very easy to set up and use a cash point in store to credit."Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."

Does your SmartPhone have UMTS 850MHz/1900MHz/2100MHz and GPRS/EDGE 850MHz/1900MHz/2100MHz coverage?
If so, you will be able to receive their signal.0
