Hi Guys,
Can I use your powers of investigation, Please?
My mum and dad offered on this property last year. The owners settled with another offer. It then came back in the market again. Then went to auction was bought and is back on the market.
My Mum on viewing the house was really smitten but i have alarm bells ringing.
The agent advised the current resident... wants to move closer to her parents.... mmmmmm.
Can anyone track the property, sold dates, prices, and any known issues (i know that last one is hard) but you guys are ace!
Thank you for any assistance :D

Err.. why ever not?? I would expect flogging a property with a mortgage that's only been in operation for less than 12 months will be fine - although the borrow may have some extra fees to pay.Oh and i belived you cant sell a property with a mortgage under a year?
How do you know they have a mortgage? from the Land Registry entry you bought for £4?? (If you haven't bought it do so.. you'll learn stuff...)
& no, link don't work - R U an agent by any chance??0 -
Not an agent honest! Just genuinely intrigued – I have no interest in this property financial or otherwise. Far too broke to buy!
I will try and redo the link not great with the technology.
Re the 12 month mortgage thing I am sure I read on here you could not sell within a year... but could be mistaken.

Blimey - cheap as chips round that way aren't they. You could buy a terrace in that road for £20-25k as recently as 2000-2003!
Do you know the house number?0 -
right, it's been bought three times since Feb '10 with ownerships lasting no more than 6 months. The first time the vendors neede a bigger house, the second vendors then wanted a larger garden, the latest vendors wan to move closer to their parents.
Reading between the lines, it's HAUNTED. Play your cards right and you'll get a bargain. But get Scooby Doo's number prior to moving in.0 -
