    Hi Dora,

Is there a cooling off period? Did you both sign it? What happens if you cancel it? CCCS or one of the other charities will be able to advise you - ring them they're brilliant.

My wife and I have been in business together since 1995 and always done really well until the beginning of 2005 when things started to go drastically wrong. By the time we were declared bankrupt we were £230k in debt.

There are all sorts of options open to you, keep reading the advice on this thread and speak to CCCS, it's a long and difficult road to getting your life back but it's eminently doable - as the stories on here confirm.

Keep hanging in there, and take one step at a time,

    Rich
