As usual...... where did I say they were ambulance chasers?... word for word, as quoted by you I said....
there are plenty of other claims management company and ambulance chasers with similar names
Given your stated correct approach, I will await you to correct your erroneous posts.

Keep your hair on, just trying to help answer your query, and educate you on who UK Assist(ance) are!
What is their full name? Never heard of UK Assist and googling them brings up a management consultancy company.

Just wondering if they are one of these phony ambulance chasers......

And you did bring up the "phony ambulance chasers" in the first place!
  • Do the words Pot, Kettle & Black mean anything to you?

I am well aware who UK Assistance are having worked with, for and against them over the years in one capacity or another :)

thats what i was wondering inside insurance, seems strange to me, maybe as you said there has been a mix up but son is still very annoyed by the accident and the fact that the tp lies paid off for them. he has always been more than willing to go to court, son was insured with churchill.

He should write to Churchill, quoting what he has now been told, and ask them to investigate, and to reinstate his NCD and refund any extra premium he has had to pay over this. If successful he can then set about getting his excess back from the third party.

Should they insist that you have been misinformed over this, you can settle it once and for all by paying £10 to find out what info is on the CUE database.

thanks for the information Quentin will pass it on.
can i ask, how can he get info on how to pay £10 and access the database?
he has spoken to churchill today by phone they said they will look into it and get back to him, but judging by how fast they have moved in the past he may be better finding out for himself

sorry Quentin didnt notice that, thanks again
  • Certainly a few years ago Churchill didn't used to load Motor into CUE. They could have changed since then though of cause given they've been replacing their claims systems.

A call to UK Assistance would also be sensible to check which "database" they were referring to in the call and to validate what had been said given the two parts of RBS Insurance are saying different things.
