Broadband Usage

Hi all

I am somehow using around 1-2gb a day, yet all i use the internet for is facebook, emails, forums, ebay etc. There is only one laptop connected 2 my router. My network is secure and have checked to see if any1 has hacked in, which they haven't. My girlfriend and i do spend alot of time playing cityville and cafe world. Is this what is using up all my data allowance. I;m worried that i will need to increase my data cap soon before i get a big bill for excess data usage.

Any advice will be much appreciated

Looks like you are confusing data usage with downloading. The former is what is measured, not downloading. Every web page you visit, every email you send, all uses data that goes towards eating up your allowance. Online gaming can use large amounts of data.
