Is it for groceries or a wine code.
I'm getting "code not recognised". Come to think of it, I recognise the YW4GP bit (the same codes tend to vary) and I'm sure this is one of the £15 codes I used a week of so ago, so probably expired now.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -

It's the grocery code XX-YW4G which expires 15/05/05 (or 08/05/05 in some people's cases)

that explains why it wont work - just had my delivery from this code today ordered Wine & food. spent £54, use of code plus offers meant I paid £36 delivered - well pleasedThanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -

I know what you mean
I had a delivery today whereby I'd ordered another 18 bottles of the cheapo Aussie wines but they were all substituted when they arrived <sob> although I did decide to keep the Organic Chardonnay @ £2.79 a bottle, which I'm currently sampling a glass of and it's very nice... but sent the rest back as they were over £4 a bottle
I figured out that by not ticking the "no subs" box on my order then I'd get the £15 discount, which I did making my bill just under £10 for 6 bottles of wine and a few groceries, and letting them refund the £40+ back to my credit card"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

Does anybody remember Tesco Fairy?? I miss her. More's the point my bank balance misses her! She used to post loads of codes, and they seem to be drying out. Anybody got any idea why?Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0

I certainly miss her, but maybe she's around somewhere (under another name) and just can't obtain these "elusive" codes any more.
In past posts, there are a number of points raised by people : Some are creating "multiple accounts" so they can use codes a number of times, but having shopping delivered to the same address. Tesco have no doubt noted this.
Also, Tesco codes are/were being posted to various web sites which (in some cases) is in breach of their T&C's as certain codes are sent to individuals to be used by them only. In fact Tesco have stopped publication of their codes on most web sites now.
I'm sure Tesco would see the above as "abuse" of the system, hence the lack of codes. Bound to happen eventually ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
It's no wonder Tesco are stopping producing these codes when some people do this with them:

Cheeky g*ts....
I've managed to have 3 decent tesco vouchers (15 off 50) but I've run out now so I might just have to revert back to ASDA... !!!

If you're a regular Tesco "voucher hunter", I don't know how you'd know if you've already used these codes on ebay. If you've used them once already, then they'll be useless:rolleyes:Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
