ive just placed another order for tueday delivery, used the £15 off voucher, so will let ya all know how i get on, last one was reduced to £10 so i'll have to wait and see what happens this time.
Just out of interest tho, which code did you use JT, i was wondering if we've all been using the same one thats been getting reduced to £10 :rolleyes: and possibly youve used a different one. just a thoughtor maybe youve just spent alot more than us LOL

I should think you would be better off going in store to use those....but probably wrong.

What a weekend I have had with TESCO, I placed my order last week using a £15 off code, to be del. Sunday between 1-3pm, waited and waited and at 3pm had a call from the driver saying that he had broken down and I would have to ring customer service to arrange another del. I rang customer service and they were quite nice,they said I could either choose another del. slot or cancel my order, but if I were to cancel it would take just under a week for my money to be refunded, so I just arranged del. for the following day Monday, and they said that the least they would do is to refund the service charge. When I checked my bank balance this morning I noticed that they took payment out AGAIN for my shopping, only this time they didn't even take off the £15 code, so Tesco have a around £215 pounds belonging to me and I haven't even received my order yet, I have rang ther customer service and they said that they have refunded my card for the shopping that should have arrived on Sunday, and thats all, they are not willing to refund the £15 pound off coupon, which I was entitle to yesterday. It's just as well I had enough money in the bank to be charged twice, other wise I would have gone overdrawn and occured bank charges. I am really disgusted at Tesco, not really because of the £15 coupon but because they charged me twice. I won't ever be using them again.0

Hello, yes I have sent this to Tesco in am email, I have even said that I am about to send it to the newspapers to let everyone know what they have done, I haven't heard from them yet. I asked them what they would have done if I had occured bank charges and they didn't give me a clear answer, they just said that if bank charges had occured I would have to sent in a bank statement with the charges showing and they would see what they could do. By the way today's shopping is 30 min. late as well, so I am just off to ring the back because I don't have enough money in the bank to go out and do another shop, and at the moment I am like old mother hubbard, with 4 hungry kids to feed at tea time.0

What a nightmare for you ... don't like the bit where they've said "they'll see what they can do" if you've incurred bank charges.:(
I've always found their customer services first-class, so this is very disturbing. If I were you, I'd send a strong letter of complaint (details on their web site?). Think you deserve some form of compensation for all this.

I think a lot seems to depend on the branch the order comes out of.
Our delivery driver is always a few mins early,and always asks if it's ok to deliver.No problems with voucher amounts being deducted as yet,either.

I have never had any problems with my Tesco deliveries either. Driver is always early for me.
