TalkTalk mobile clawback
I posted a couple of weeks ago about how TalkTalk had clawed back over £37 as I hasn't used up my mobile credits in 90 days. I complained to the CEO and 4 weeks later, after re-sending my email I got a call from Carphone Warehouse with an apology for the mis-selling, a cheque for £60 and a free top up for £10.
I was really impressed. After all the complaints about Talkalk maybe they are taking notice and looking after customers better.
