Jailbroken iPhone quick question

Hi all,
I have an officially unlocked, jailbroken iPhone 3GS 32gb with iOS 4.3.1. When the jailbreak for 4.3.2 becomes available is it possible to apply it without going through the whole update/restore process that I did last time which involved wiping the phone and re-syncing which took at least a couple of hours?
Many thanks

no, the ios must go on first then the jailbreak. Unless there is a major change in the ios then leave it on what you have.0

An update of the software won't 'format' the phone, but you will lose the jailbreak and any jailbreak tweaks/mods/apps you have.
By all accounts an exploit has been found for 4.3.2 so you can expect a jailbreak within the next couple of weeks.
(Always do a backup prior to an update just in case!)I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0 -
I wouldnt bother updating to 4.3.2 its just a JB killer unless your having problems with Facetime.
