    Hi all
things are feeling really tough at the minute (background: theres me (41) hubby (59) and LO (7), hubby was made redundant last year after 42 years with the same company, he found another job which he hates but plods on at, wages are rubbish but we get by, it just seems we have had a few big bills and lots of little dribs and drabs going out). Sorry for the essay, just helps getting it out as I'm trying to come of my anti-depressants and am finding some days harder than others.

Hope everyone has had or having a great Friday, hope to pop by this weekend but have swimming lessons first thing with LO, then he's at a party all afternoon and then we're off to visit mum so I'll wish you all a good weekend now

Love to you all xxx :T

((((((hugs)))))) ziggy. Its tough I know but you'll get there, and totally get that some days are harder than others. Have you thought about taking up jogging as a way to cope with depression? It is proven to be more effective than anti-Ds for mild to moderate depression. I can send you my programme its called "couch to 5K in 9 weeks" if you want? I never thought I would run but I have found it helpful.

    Hey guys...

Today was pay day got home went into online banking checked my balance was £624 after paying my bills such as,

    - Credit card - Payed £100 on it .. Barclaycard got £483 left gave the card to my mum
    - Burtons card - cleared it
    - Payed rent to my mum
    - Payed £25 into my overdraft account to get below the o/d limit.
    - Topped up £10 in my oyster.
    - Spent £9.28 in mcdonalds got £3.50 from my manager her food was £4.50 so i payed £5.78 and payed £1.00 from my own pocket towards her food , shes bought me lunch many times.

anyway after paying all my bils i've got £183 to survive till next month

My expenses are around £130. So next month i could put more money next month towards my barclaycard bill if i stick to my budget i will try my best now i've given my credit card to my mum spent a smashing £440.38p on payday :eek:

Thank my travel bill will come down due to the number of bank holidays normally spend £52 but now it has come down to £44.20 :money: , so i have saved £7.80 woo...

Now i just need to stick to my budget.. is £20 a month realistic on food..?

Need to get sandwhich fillings on Sunday to take to work a tub of tuna and sweetcorn filling should cost around £2.00 woo !
