I also have had a parking fine for over staying the allowed parking time at Parc Tawe. I found on this site plenty of advise, and they all said just ignore all the letters you receive from them and don't reply to any of them. I did this and after 10 or so letters from excel parking and solicitors they gave up and stopped. They have no legal weight to them, they are just a scam.
I won’t reply to them any more, just ignore all they send you.0
