because the graphics chipset creates the image you see on the display and may need the controlling software updated especially if some windows updates have changed something that wasn't covered by the original graphics drivers. In most lappys they (the graphics chips) are an integral part of the mobo and have been known to go horribly wrong.....NVIDIA anyone ????

Well, I've downloaded No3 from this list, and unless its the wrong file I've download, then there is no change at all?
