Bank of Scotland Direct Reward ISA

I was just about to open one of these to transfer previous years' funds in.
I already have a Santander ISA for this year (11/12) and wondered if there was any problems in opening the 2.

It was the part about "I have not subscribed and will not subscribe to another cash ISA in the same tax year that I subscribe to this cash ISA" in the Ts&Cs that caused me concern.
And does the minimum deposit of £1 include the tranfers in?

Apologies for my thickness.

Ignore the £1 thing (and DON'T deposit!).

Open with a zero balance, complete the transfer forms for previous tax years and take it from there.
