It's excellent stuff, the Codorniu cava - and for anybody who has missed out on stock, don't worry - both Tesco and Sainsburys FREQUENTLY have this tipple on half price.

Dozens of boxes of this in Swansea Fforestfach Tesco last night - so they're still restocking; and it was still half price.

I took the plunge the other day and purchased two cases of this stuff for 45quid or so including delivery + cashback. Worked out at 3.80 a bottle or so which seemed a bargain to me at the time. Hopefully the order will arrive on Tuesday when I will sample a bottle. Being a Gold Medal Winner and reviewed well in the media just made me go for it. Better than wasting money on "proper" champagne.
