TDW Trading Platform - strange behaviour

I use TDW for my s&s isa - its not too bad, not had any problems in the last 20 or so years I've been with them - since the days of SCPs (single company peps - the allowance was £3k as far as i can recall -afaicr)
I do have a question which even TDW have been unable to answer and maybe someone here an shed some light on.
When I view my portfolio in the top right hand corner a negative amount is displayed -£2345.33 for example - this number bears no relation to anything pending, or cash on hand - I called TDW who could not explain it and cleared it for me - it came back a few days later - a different amount tho'
Anyone had a similar experience?
cheers

Some of my funds although present in the portfolio, shows zero holding when I go into trade so unable to sell.
A problem highlighted when its too late to rectify so I'd warn others using TDW to check their funds are not 0. It has plenty of other quirks as well.0 -

I have noticed odd things happenning just after I have bought stock. IIRC, the stock appears before the cash disappears. So I look richer than I really am.
Also if I pay in money by debit card, I can't buy foreign currency immediately even though the money shows on the account. However, I can buy stock straight away (because it settles 3 days later by which time the money will actally have reached TD). Took me a while to realise what was going on at first.
All harmless enough, but I do think that TD ought to listen to their clients and iron out these anomalies.
