il just add my rant, I went to see Sucker Punch, and the cinema "The Vue" currently offer teens for £2.00 (14-18yrs) now I paid full £7.90 just to have a row of !!!!!!! emo`s in front gabbing and chucking pop corn....so no interest in the film and only a 1/4 of the price!!!! oh and if they pay a fiver they get drink & pop corn!!!

lol, the emos saw it as something to do, to keep themselves busy for a few hours,

And this is why I don't go to the cinema - pay ridiculous sums of money to have it ruined by an inconsiderate moron.

But point No.5? Why would that bother you?

Just shows how disinterested they were in the film, I guess :(

I went wolvie-beserker at a bunch of foreign students once....I put up with them talking, running around, talking on the phone, texting etc etc - but when they started watching *another film* on their phone I just flipped and screamed at them.

Shut them up (in a "run out crying" kinda way), but I had to put up with an usher sat an inch behind me for the whole rest of the film...apparently I was causing a disturbance...

I'd have gone ballistic over even ONE of those. I dont pay #8 for that stuff. Is it down to ppl renting dvds at home etc- They just think they can act as if in their living rooms - or is it just plain ignorance?

It really gets my goat when people fiddle with their mobiles all through a film! I think they must think just because it's not making any noise it's not a problem but the stupid little screen lighting up every two minutes is just as annoying. Why pay to watch a film if what you really want to do is text your mates for 90 minutes?

I don't even bother with the staff. I just go and rant directly at people.

Ohh I'm so guilty of that (though at home not the cinema). Our evening movie usually goes like this:

    OH: Whats he been in?
    Me: Who?
OH: Him there, he was in Teachers Im sure!
Me: **grabs phone, IMDB** No, he was in Emmerdale
OH: Really? Oh, never heard of him then.

Repeat the above several times until the end of the movie. Then factor in ten minutes while OH explains the parts of the plot I've missed while searching to find out who an actor he has never heard of is...
