I love my iPhone, apart from its inability to play streaming Flash video. I want to be able to watch the streaming webcams on various osprey and other bird of prey nest cams.
I'm looking for a cheap payg smartphone that will play these steaming videos.

The only one I'm aware of is the Samsung Galaxy S but thats not cheap. I would try googling Android & Flash player because I think the latest version of Android supports running Flash player which may give you more choice.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

As far as I am aware most of the lower end Android models lack the specification in the hardware to support full flash player and only do 'flash lite'
Expensive ones like Desire etc do full support but you pay a premium unless anyone has released a full flash cheaper one I missed?0 -

There's a new HTC (The Sensation?) coming out next month that will certainly be able to. I was reading about it in The Metro this monring.

Ive just signed up to HTC Desire HD 18 months 100mins/100text + unlimited mobile internet for £20.42 a month - the mins/text allowance is pants granted BUT the mobile internet should give 500mb download at least every month - would this be enough for your needs OP ??
