Changing price plan with Vodafone online

Hi,

I seen some people have said you can change your price plan on vodafone but i'm not sure how. I know you go into the account bit but i am a bit confused ??

Look at your account or Bill and find out what tarriff it is.

Most vodefone tarrifs are now the "your plan" ones (may be YP or YPL on your bill). There are no moves permitted during the minimum term on Your Plan. If your not on Your plan give them a ring, but if you are then the option to change does not appear online.

well i looked on the tariff im on and next to it says i can change my current price plan but i don't see any option to "/

The online interface isn't that good.

Ring 191 and talk to someone ... I've found them very helpful (so far!).

Thank you for your question relating to changing you price plan.

As gjchester has already correctly advised, if you are on a Your Plan price plan that have been available since July 2009, you would be unable to downgrade your plan at any point during your agreement.

I would need to check your account to confirm the type of price plan that you’re on. If you can e-mail us here, using WRT135 as the subject, we’ll check out your available price plans and then advise accordingly.
