Does your flat have an aerial point?

If you have just moved in and have a digi box you need to reinstall the digi box, go into the menu and select "Frst time instal" let it rescan chanels and it should work

If you are in a purpose built flat, check whether there is communal aerial or even a communal satellite connection. I've got no signal in my flat but I had a little look down my street when I first moved in and noticed that noone had tv aerials, they all have sat dishes. I got a freesat dish and it works fine. What does it look like your neighbours are using?

Well, yes, of course there is no such thing. But it is a scarcely useful intervention because it will hinder anyone trying to resolve a digital reception problem

New aerial channel groupings have been devised as a result of the change to digital. In a substantial number of locations, the correct aerial for the old analog channels is not the right aerial for the new digital channels.
