    I remember sending them a copy printed from pdf file without any problems. I think it is very difficult to find a difference between a photocopy and a printout especially when a copy is made on 'all in one' printer.

    thank you, e2save have really changed from the last time i got a cashback deal off them,

    just cut and paste below, for others,

    Your bills must be received within 60 days from the date of the bill
    The pages of your bill must show the following information
    The mobile number to which you are connected to;
    Your full name and your address matching your account with us;
    The tariff you are connected to and that your payments are up to date
    We do accept online bills as long as all the above information is still provided. If you’re charged by your network provider for a paper bill the costs will need to be covered by yourself and not e2save.

    So just the 1st page of the bill including the above info, and it can be printed.

    Of course, that breaks rule number one; since whatever t&c you can find and print out now are only relevant to contracts taken out since the date those were produced one size never fits all. The ONLY set of t&c which apply are those which a particular person agreed to at their point of sale (which I also used successfully against a dealer recently. However, since they have accepted on-line bills for quite some time I wouldn't anticipate any problems.

    e2Save are fine with printed eBills. The last set I sent were actually produced on scrap paper that had some obsolete material on the opposite side, all paid in a couple of weeks from date of sending.
