any lg 880 on three users out there

just a question. Is anyone else experiencing the same problems as me.

I've had this phone for about 5 months now and am getting fed up of calls going through to voicemail, without the phone ringing first. I have all diverts off and have found this is happening increasinly now. Also when I have received the voicemail, the text alerting me of the new message can take from 30mins to 1 hour to come though. By then people have given up. I have missed alot of calls from work because of this.

I have also noticed that text messages can sometimes take over 1 hour to get to me.

Spoke to three today and was asked if it was happening in one particular area. Well no, cos it happens wherever. They claim it could be a fault with just my handset and want to arrange for someone to pick up, repair and drop off. The only thing is that I will be without a phone for 3 working days.

My sister in law has the same handset on the same network and she also has the same problems. This leads me to believe that it may a common fault with this handset.

My old phone on 3 never had any of these problems.

im in yorkshire area, me wife and brother all have this handset for last 10 months, i have not had this problem you speak of, i get a missed call and voice mail virtually within 20 seconds if i miss a call(if the phone dont pickup 3 it picks up 2g network anyway), also texts or instant get them with in seconds, so sounds more like the reception area you are in, does the handset loose signal , i also have a work phone a nokia which is on 02 and my lg on 3 picks up signal far better than my work phone so i have work phone divert if not answered, if i sit down in living room with both phones in my pocket i can bet my lg will ring and its from my work phone diverted
