wow!thats amazing. We're hoping to be sorted by xmas but.......
Has anyone any ideas.about an approx time. We are buying a vacant house and first time buyers are buying ours. The surveys on both houses are done and back (all okay) the searches went off last week, solicitors estimate 2weeks for those to return and i dont really know what happens then. Anyone know? Thanks for any clues.0 -
That is amazing - must be close to a record. You must have a damn good sol.
Parks - it depends on any enquiries raised. Searches can take from 2-4 weeks. You could exchange before Xmas if all goes well.0 -
i might be able to beat this- but I wont be able to tell you till the end of the day LOL:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
