Morning all - a bit of a miserable looking day here too - missing the sun today. It's amazing how much difference it can make.

    My list for today:
    • checked online banking
    • checked for surveys
    • laundry on line outside (but I think it will end up on the indoor airer)
    • for me it should be a NSD - one of the girls is going shopping, but with her own money
    • homemade soup for lunch
    • dinner from stores/menu
    • clean up house a bit for family visit tomorrow

We went into town yesterday and spent only what we needed to, apart from lunch. The girls said that lunch seemed much more of a treat because we haven't done it in a while, and there were no complaints about minimal spending - perhaps the MSE thinking is rubbing off on them :)

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday (can't believe it's Wednesday already!) :D

Oh ladies (and karb/other gents) I'm not doing so well this month :-(
Don't get me wrong, I'm not as totally skint as I have been in past months but for some reason I'm struggling to think mse. It doesn't help that I had a bonus and have some extra money sat in my account.

So I need to give myself a kick up the bum! Not had any nsds yet this month, and won't manage any is week as I'm in London til Friday for work.
However, I wont spend like mad, and most of it will be claimable.
I've also got some free shares coming that will go towards debt (and making sure I don't get in anymore this month).

I'll get my meals paid for today and I had beakfast at home
Checked one poll (31.65 so close!)
    Checked pigs back
    Will claim $5 from swagbucks

Thanks for being here guys. Happy hump day!!

    Morning all

Thanks Amara for starting us off. Struggling here as well, really couldn't get up this morning. Thought yesterday was due to my late book reading but I went to bed at a sensible time last night. But at least its hump day today, phew. Then its a 4 day week, next week.

    Today I will:
    [STRIKE]Walk to work[/STRIKE]
    Check bank balance
    Check surveys
    Homemade lunch
Charge mobile and ipod at work
Chase person for payment for study
    Walk home
Wrap up Ebay item, last one. Made about £50 from 5 items.
Final changes to CV and covering letter
    More job hunting activities
    Bed early!

Have a great day everyone, woo hoo hump day :j
    xx

Having a bit of fed up mania, so much I want to do but some has to wait until Bank holidays time:

    1. Checked online banking - car insurance has come out
    2. Update food focus
    3. Exercise - 15 mins Wii Fit, 15 mins Biggest Loser, 15 mins stepper, 15 mins bike

None of this is particularly debt free stuff. Payday in 8 days then I can start again!

    4. Use Tesco vouchers to get milk and Quorn

Wednesday is hump day as you are over the worst and its not long till the weekend. Though I think the Urban Dictionary says its better: 'The middle of a work week (Wednesday); used in the context of climbing a proverbial hill to get through a tough week.'
