E2 Save Auto Cheques -Misleading
Ordered a contract phone from E2SAVE late September - order has written down automatic cheque raised within 1 month for £111 - after enquiring today they say it was a mistake - they have had a lot of complaints it is at least 60 days and they cannot understand it - if they are one that offered it and printed it they should honour their side of the contract.
Anyway they assure me that it is coming ..... mmmmmm watch this space!

Its always been 60 days as far as I remember in the past.
If they mis-print it they should honour it. or maybe that was a marketing idea.....
However there is a fifty/fifty chance it will be automatic.
Make sure you chase it up if it doesnt show up soon.0 -
The blurb I got with my phone stated automatic cashback within 2 months. As it was approaching nearly 3 months I telephoned them and they said no one at e2save had requested the cheque. So they ordered the cheque and said it will be with me in 28days.
So that is one breach of contract by them so far.0
