KLM / AF Voucher - unknown code / AF desk @ Dublin

Hi,
This concerns a compensation voucher given by Air France in December 2010 as the passenger was denied boarding due to overbooking.
At the time, he was given an illegible printout of the voucher, but was told by the desk not to worry as they would hold a record of it against his Flying Blue number.
Tried to book a flight with KLM this week, and customer services are giving us the runaround, telling us they cannot find any details of the voucher, but they can confirm he was given one.
The voucher does not show in the Flying Blue account, and we currently have no way of getting the details from the AF customer services people.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this, or do they have a number for AF desk at Dublin Airport?

I doubt you will get much joy from the Dublin staff, as they won't be AF employees. I would post on the Air France board on Flyertalk, someone there will be able to help.Gone ... or have I?0

Note that you have a right to compensation in cash for denied boarding. Read the thread on compensation for delayed/cancelled flights for details.0
