  • the latest is, I have been refunded for the items they did not dispatch. This was done yesterday. The items they did post, arrived this morning after 2 weeks in the post. I did not accept the parcel. So hopefully I will now get a full refund.

    I think you are better off communicating with Parkers via the phone and not email.

    If you're still looking for replacements, I've had great plants and service from Crocus but they are more expensive JP.
