the latest is, I have been refunded for the items they did not dispatch. This was done yesterday. The items they did post, arrived this morning after 2 weeks in the post. I did not accept the parcel. So hopefully I will now get a full refund.
I think you are better off communicating with Parkers via the phone and not email.0 -
If you're still looking for replacements, I've had great plants and service from Crocus but they are more expensive JP.
